For Believers is looking for an Online-Marketeer to join this fast-growing International Sportswear brand for Men. The collections are colorful, innovative and are characterized using unique and self-designed prints and artwork. From the new HQ in Amsterdam, the collections are designed and sold to more than 2000 leading retailers. In more than 15 different countries. In addition, the company has 40 brand stores in various major cities in the Netherlands and abroad.


Job description

As an online marketer you ensure the strengthening of our online presence, and you contribute to the growth of our brand by the web shop and the marketplaces where we work with, as Zalando for example. You think about targets to be achieved and the right online strategies. You are busy setting up and optimizing (email) campaigns, analyzing, and reporting data and testing various advertisements daily. You control the buttons and ensure that the various online marketing channels are used optimally and thus achieve more visibility for our brand, a positive ROAS and increase in conversion.

As an online marketer at this brand, you become part of the E-com Team. Using an social media and e-mail strategy to be defined by you, you know how to reach our customer at the right time with the right message. You are the owner of our social media marketing B2C and B2B, with focus on B2C. This means that you not only devise the social media- and email marketing strategy, but also develop, monitor, and optimize it. Because of you, we always know how to reach our customers with our social media advertising- and email-campaigns.


Responsibilities

  • Setting up and optimizing Google AdWords & Shopping campaigns
  • Optimizing and expanding SEO
  • Set up social advertising campaigns on Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms
  • Optimizing other online marketing channels such as: affiliates, display, and retargeting
  • Analyzing and reporting the performance of the various online marketing channels and making proposals for increasing the effectiveness of the online marketing
  • Responsible for the email marketing strategy, base growth, expanding and analyzing email automation and all activities for the newsletters
  • Devise and set up automated email flows and campaigns
  • Create, execute, segment, and personalize the email campaigns
  • Analyzing and optimizing these campaigns
  • Setting up and executing a/b and multivariate tests for optimal results
  • Responsible for setting up managing our database and increasing it with valuable profiles
  • Think along in content creation
  • Setting up and keeping the marketing calendar up to date and involving the other channels
  • Define and monitor key campaign KPI’s
  • You are aware of all GDPR compliance and are responsible for ensuring that we always comply with it with our communications
  • Since the customer journey goes further than just email, expansion is needed to other channels, such as social
  • In this role you are product owner of the CRM together with the E-commerce manager you decide which system is best for the company and you are the owner of the CRM campaigns

 

Requirements

  • HBO education in the direction of Marketing, Economics or Communication
  • Relevant work experience in similar online marketing function, preferably in wholesale and retail environmoment
  • Experience in independently setting up email marketing within an organization, preferable from a fashion brand
  • Analytical skills
  • Experience in technical SEA field, automation of campaigns and feed management
  • Affinity with technology: you can participate in discussions about API’s, webhooks and interfacing
  • Conversion driven, but at the same time you do not lose sight of our branding
  • Experience with Facebook business manager
  • Design skills via the ‘default’ Adobe design tools
  • Creative and strong in writing short texts
  • We currently work with MailChimp as a mailing system and Datatrics, knowledge and experience about other mail systems as Spotler, Flowmailer and Shopping Minds (as Data Management Platform) is welcome and a plus
  • Hands-on and have a strong approach mentality
  • Performance driven
  • A broad interest in E-commerce and fashion and aware of the latest trends in the field
  • Excellent command of the Dutch and English, German is a plus
